Warranty Terms and Conditions
The following warranty Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase a Remanufactured RV Absorption Cooling Unit, manufactured by Dads Marine & RV Inc. Warranty coverage will commence upon the date of original purchase specified on the bill of sale.
5 YEAR Limited Warranty
All Remanufactured Absorption Cooling Units manufactured by Dads Marine & RV Inc. are covered by a 5 YEAR limited warranty of all cooling unit parts, in addition to One (1) year coverage of return shipping of the cooling unit part, (shipper specified by Dads Marine & RV Inc. ), This warranty is fully transferable for a period of 2 years past the original purchase date.
Balance of the Warranty Period (Years 2 to 5): During the remainder of the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping & all installation labor. Dads Marine & RV Inc, will replace the cooling unit part only. The defective unit must be returned to Dads Marine & RV Inc for testing. Should the unit be found to be working properly or fault due to customer mis-handling, the shipping costs will then be forwarded to the customer for immediate payment.
Limitations of the Warranty: Dads Marine & RV Inc is not responsible for damage or failure caused by accident, abuse, misuse, repairs not authorized by Dads Marine & RV Inc or acts of God.
To Report A Claim: If you are experiencing troubles or poor operation of your RV refrigerator, please call our Service Department toll free at 1-833-824-3237. You will be asked a short series of questions to determine the nature of the problem. Often a solution can be reached without the requirement of warranty work. In the event that a replacement cooling unit must be sent, shipping arrangements will be made by Dads Marine & RV Inc staff.
